Should I Buy a Cross Cut Shredder or Strip Cut Shredder For My Business?

Many business owners may consider if they should purchase a Cross Cut Shredder or Strip Cut Shredder for their business. Why do some business owners think about this as an option? One main reason for this might be because they are looking for a shredder that can effectively shred confidential documents. These business owners want to be sure that the shredders being used can effectively shred a document so that it cannot be read by others. This is very important to business owners since we live in a world full of identity theft where many thieves try to cash in on people and businesses personal information.

For many business owners, confidential shredding is a must. They need a shredder that can shred a document beyond recognition and one that cannot be put back together. This is how a cross-cut shredder operates. It can shred a document so that it cannot be put back together. The difference between a cross cut shredder and a strip cut shredder is that the paper being shredded by the strip cut shredder sometimes it can be put back together again. It is also possible for these shredded documents to be scanned by using certain software programs that can scan pieces and put the document back together.

So many business owners rely on effective confidential shredding of their documents. Some shredding services also provide onsite truck disposal services. This is when a truck comes onto the site of your business and dispose of the companies shredded documents and confidential information. Other companies will provide an onsite bin where the business owner would use to place shredded documents in and a truck comes to pick up and dispose of the shredded documents. This is why many of them will do a thorough search of many shredding services in order to find the one that offers the highest level of shredding confidential documents. Not many shredding services can offer high levels of security ranging from one to six. This is what cross-cut paper shredders can offer. These levels are used to show the size of the paper after it has been shredded. Number six is used for shredding the highest level of confidential documents.

For business owners who might be concerned with the speed or capacity of the shredder, they might want to consider purchasing the strip cut shredder since it is effective for being used for this purpose. Personal and confidential documents are shredded quicker and in smaller pieces so that visibility of the information is impossible. It is important for the purchaser to understand that some shredders cost more than others due to the quality and the set of blades on the shredder. Before purchasing a paper shredder, it is important to know the volume of the paper that you need to be shred.

Super Car Insurance

Who is your most favorite super hero? For me, I like John Hancock so much I do not know why. Maybe because he looks more “natural” and he do anything he wants without thinking about the possible risks especially for other people. I remember he saved someone’s life by stopping the crossing train. However, he broke a lot of cars because of his action. What if we meet the person like John Hancock in our real life? It must be impossible to find the super hero like him, but it is very possible to find the destroyer on the road.

Well, you realize that there are a lot of people get involved on the crowded traffic everyday. It means that the chance of getting such unexpected moments that bring trouble to your car, just like what John Hancock did, is big enough every time you drive your car. This is the main reason why you should buy car insurance because you will never know what can hit your car and how serious the damage will be. In this case, I nee to recommend you to find the best car insurance by comparing some offered by different companies.  Now, you are save enough from the destroyer.

Prime Advantages of Joining DOT Hazardous Materials Training

Disasters are at most unpredictable; but if we are properly educated on how to overcome panic and probably to get rid of these unwanted happenings to occur, there should not be a question on our safety at all. We all too often remind ourselves that we have this capability to immediately respond to any future emergencies; but are we that sure that we are going to respond accordingly when the instance arrives at the most inconvenient and unpredicted time? That is why in US, the existence of DOT hazardous materials training is very helpful.

Actually, DOT hazardous materials training is handy when we talk about guiding and teaching individuals to become responsive during disasters in a more responsible and calm way. Even small and big enterprises are encouraged to implement this kind of training especially those that handle hazardous chemicals and equipments as part of their business. Equipping their people with the right materials and knowledge as well as keeping their business place hazard-free through advised safety gears and tools to have will actually keep them one step ahead from any unwanted emergencies.

The DOT hazardous materials training particularly covers a wide range of explanations and acknowledgment of all those dangerous chemicals to avoid, the how-to's and why's of avoiding certain chemicals especially those explosive ones and the helpful tips and tricks to do not only to get rid but also on what to do when critical emergencies happen.

The overall exercise aims to protect both the business and its people. With its security measures explained on the training material or training session, you as a business owner is rest assured that your venture is safe and that your people is safe as well. On the other hand, if you are an employee, you know to yourself that you are responsible enough to handle hazardous chemicals properly and that you are well prepared if any disasters arise - and that is because you have undergone the DOT hazardous materials training.

Aside from these precautionary techniques that this training teaches, it also broadens people's perspectives on expecting even those disasters that they are not expecting that their premises are also exposed to. Also, this does not focus only on handling and getting rid of troubles caused by chemicals, DOT hazardous materials training also caters safety measures on how to react even during natural disasters such as typhoons, floods and hurricanes.

Obviously, this is a step by step program that anyone can follow. As we all know, all our properties as well as ourselves are vulnerable to getting affected with certain emergencies. Even those that we imagine to be not possible to hit us can affect us anytime. Thus, educating ourselves as owners by subscribing on this kind of training would save us from any dangers as well as unexpected expenditures on damaged assets.

But of course, you should not be just enrolling yourself to almost anyone or any firms that offer trainings on this. There are certified individuals or firms that really conduct DOT hazardous materials training and that should be your primary task. Find those professionals that have proven track records and do not think much of the money you are going to pay them. Have these people examine and assess your place to be able for them to give you the right safety measures.

Strategies for Restaurant Search Engine Marketing

Restaurants are some of the most searched topics online. As eating out becomes a trend, people use the internet to narrow down their restaurant choices. This emphasizes the need for dining businesses to invest on restaurant search engine marketing. Search engine marketing promises exposure online and a great number of potential clients. If people can find your restaurant easier, you have greater chances of increasing return on investment. Learn the different strategies for greater market reach and revenue.

Social Bookmarking

People use social bookmarking for topics and things they find interesting over the web. Social bookmarking services include Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon, and Delicious. These services make it easier for people to note the page's location and share the website with other people. Allowing and convincing people to bookmark your website works well with attracting traffic and building backlinks. To do this, find people with keen interest on restaurant marketing. Promote or recommend their websites. Most likely, these websites will return the favor.

Google Places

Google places has become important for many local businesses specifically restaurants. It is important to take advantage of Google places for restaurant SEO. Keep in mind the following pointers:

- Claim place page - restaurants, especially those in local areas, have to claim their Place Page. Place pages offer more chances to obtain reviews and attract traffic. Be careful about the information displayed. It should be accurate and complete. It will be more advantageous for your business if the place displays professional photos instead of mobile pictures gathered from random sources.

- Consider Google for your site navigation - website navigation should call for action. It should provide clear categories to help users reach their desired pages. Clear navigation options help your links appear as "link packs" on Google search page results. For instance, place your "Reservations" or "Book a Table" link on the main category including the landing page. Other easy navigation options include "Our Food," "Menus," and "Contact us."

- Use Google AdWords and create a campaign with your own name - this will drive review websites down the search results page. You have better chances of pushing your website at the top if you invest on your brand name.

Coordinate your Google accounts with Google places. The more coherent your accounts are, the more points you gain from Google.

Social Media

Use social media to encourage buzz talk. Twitter and Facebook have become common places for people to check out local restaurants and shops. Work on your Facebook and Twitter account. Put enough pictures to give potential customers an overview on what you offer. Presenting the ambiance and food specialty of your restaurant accurately will attract the right clients. These customers may even become your loyal followers in the future.

Working on your SEO and internet marketing campaign requires proficiency and knowledge of how the market works. Hire a professional SEO company to perform SEO strategies for your shop. Letting an expert handle SEO for restaurants gives you more chance to concentrate on your business.

Selling Wholesale Gifts Online - Importance of Research

If you are planning to invest in an online business or to start your own online business, you have several different choices. It is not easy to start a business online and invest heavy capital without proper research. So the rule number one is to do as much research as you can. In my point of view, wholesale gifts is a great business opportunity, and I will tell you why.

Wholesale gifts business

A wholesale gifts online store is much different from a retail gift store. In wholesale store, you will be selling to retailers and not to customers. However, you can sell your gift items to customers as well but that needs more investment.

As mentioned earlier, proper research is the key. So before starting your own wholesale gift store, you need to do research. A few research tips are:

Your capital with which you will start your online business.
Your primary and secondary target market.
    Your competitors in those markets.
Strength and weaknesses of your competitors.
Are customers happy with your competitors.
What gift items you will be focusing upon.
    What your customers need.
Is there any gift item(s) that your competitors are not delivering.

You must find answers to these and many other similar type of questions.

Then comes the second part of the research, that includes following areas:

    Your business location
    Number of employees
    Business name
    Number of offices
    Brick-and-mortar or click-and-mortar
    Warehouse location
    Storage area
    Payment processors
    Delivery terms

This is a lengthy task but there is no alternate. And I must say that it is very important to conduct proper research before investing your money in a new business. It is strongly recommended to invest in wholesale gifts business if your research shows any kind of output. If there are hundreds of competitors already serving your target market, there is no need to invest your money. So you must move with the primary research report.

If you cannot do research yourself, hire someone. Or I must say, hire a professional company. And don't hesitate to invest in the research process. And do not expect favorable results. Research reports are based on facts and figures, and if it shows that you cannot start a business in wholesale gifts niche, then leave it. There is no need to go against the report. Try another niche or try another target market or something. There is always a second chance, a second door.

Top 3 Musts for Having an Online Home Business

One thing that a lot of people wonder about is the benefits of keeping a business at home. We tend to check out many websites selling a huge number of products, and we keep on wondering, how do they do that? However, the tricks are simple, and here are a few neat little tips and tricks to improve your home-based business over time.

1. Marketing Is the Key

How you market your products is one of the key ingredients of building a great business. Make sure your customers are those people who really need your product. A lot of times we have seen that the products sold by a big company might turn out to be duds, while small companies actually offer less number of items, but they prove to be much better. Marketing your products to the right audience is a key source of getting better customers, and for that you need to know your clients thoroughly. From making a good idea about your target customer to the list of products you sell and how they can be used for multiple purposes, you need to be totally aware of all the pros and cons, and work accordingly. It has been noted that good marketing has actually got people more business within a very short period of time.

2. Maintaining Products and Services Quality

The second important thing you should keep a watchful eye on is the quality of the products and services you have. It has been noted succinctly that clients have turned away from companies because the quality of their products and services were not up to the mark, or failed to meet up the expectations of the clients. So, keep an eye on the quality of your products and services. If you have products that you are selling, make sure they are of top-notch quality. In a lot of businesses, clients receive products that have had its expiry date passed. In that case, they become dissatisfied and feel cheated. Do not let that happen to your business.

3. No Compromise on Customer Care

Remember, customer service is an integral part of any business, where you should be able to talk to your clients, and your clients should be able to get in touch with you when they want to. The phone numbers and other contact details should be clearly delineated on your site and you should make it a point to keep the lines working during the operating hours for client facilitation.

Three Quick Ways To Make Money With Your Blog Part Time or Full Time

Internet marketing is an exciting concept when you consider the fact that individuals who make their living from this form of marketing don't have to leave the comfort of their home to do it.

This has become the case for many people from a variety of backgrounds and the trend is going to continue for quite some time.

Perhaps you may have given some thought to starting your own business on the internet but were not quite sure what to do.

In the next couple of moments I'm going to discuss blogging with you as well as three ways that you can make money from your blog.

The popularity of blogging continues to grow by leaps and bounds and more and more people are starting blogs every day.

With a blog you don't have to be an accomplished author or possess a measure of technical genius to make it work.

All you have to do is have something useful and interesting to say and simply 'say it.'

Are you good at rearing children? Making arts and crafts? Motivating people? Start a blog and share your knowledge with your audience. It really is as simple as that.

Once you've decided what it is your blog is going to be about you might consider exploring income opportunities from the content that you create.

Here are three ways that you can make money from your blog on a part-time or full-time basis.

1. Review Products and Services

A valuable service that you can provide for internet shoppers is that of writing honest and objective product reviews.

To do this it is typically best to purchase the product or do as much research as you can on it, in order to help your readers to make an informed decision as to whether or not to purchase the item or not.

You can sign up as an affiliate with Amazon.com and find a vast amount of products that you can feature reviews on your blog around.

2. Sell Your Own Products and Services

With a blog you can market your own products and services, giving them all of the details about what your products have to offer.

You can make simple videos and post them on your blog showing individuals how to get the best use of your products.

You can help to educate your audience regarding the type of products you sell and why they would benefit from them as well as announce new and upcoming products and special offers.

3. Sell Advertising Spots On Your Blog

Another way you can generate income either full or part-time from your blog is to sell advertising.

This can be especially effective if you are growing a large and responsive audience. With a large and responsive audience you can literally dictate your asking price, provided the inquirer is looking to market a product that is relevant to your content.

If you take a look at most of the popular blogs on the internet you'll notice that they are sellling advertising that is shown above their content, in the sidebar or below their content.

Depending on your audience and the amount of traffic you're getting to your blog you can make a tidy little sum from your site every month.

At this point I'm sure you can see the profit potential that making money with your blog represents. All you have to do now is pick one and give it a try. It will take a bit of testing to unlock the full profit potential from your blog, but it's definitely worth it in the long run.

Practical Tips You Should Know Before Becoming a Freelancer

Hiring freelance workers is becoming more and more globally accepted now. This is for the simple reason that freelancers can also provide the same services which regular office workers can give minus the office building and 9-5 schedule set up. Many employees, mothers, and even fathers, are also attracted to the flexibility that freelance work is offering. It just seems more reasonable, especially when one wants to have more time to pursue passions, to take care of their families, and simply to have a balanced life.

Yes, many consider it as the ideal type of employment. But before diving into this world offering freedom of time, take note of the following things you should have and know to fully say you can become a freelancer.

• Know Your Skills

What skills and knowledge do you currently have which you can offer to clients looking for freelance workers? Can you provide writing services? Do you know how to set-up or design a web site? Can you produce videos, audio recordings or do voice-overs? Do you know secretarial work like administrative tasks, data entry or typing? Freelance writers, web designers, video and audio producers, and virtual assistants are the most common type of in-demand freelance workers today. Some other freelance services you can offer if you know how are translation services, social media marketing and/or management, and transcription services.

• Sources for Freelance Work and Support

Where can you find freelance jobs? This is another thing you should first be looking for if you are going to be a freelance worker. The good news is that there are A LOT of resources now. The easiest way to find clients hiring freelancers is by doing a Google search. At the same time, there are also a lot of freelance support communities right now. It's advisable to subscribe to several sites which provide freelance advice. Often these sites are either blogs or forums where you can interact with the authors or site owners.

• An Emergency Fund

This is a crucial element in becoming a freelancer. Before going full-time and getting your bread and butter solely from freelance jobs, it's wise to have enough savings, at least 6 months worth of income, which you can depend on while looking for stable freelance gigs. This is going to be your safety net. While it's true that working freelance offers flexibility of time, it's also a must-know that many freelance jobs are only contractual, some even lasting for only days. There are, however, many clients who are also looking for long-term freelance employees, but it's not a guarantee that the first job you land will be this type of client. So it's best to have financial back-up all the time.

Many freelancers have also found it wise to take freelance jobs while still pursuing their regular 9-5 careers. This way they slowly build their freelance portfolio and when they have enough emergency fund and confidence, they are more prepared to work as full-time freelancers. Enough savings also lessen the nervousness they may feel while looking for stable freelance work.

• Patience and Determination

As I've mentioned earlier, the first freelance job you land may not always offer a long-term employment opportunity. So you have to be ready to fill your pockets with patience and determination. Patience in finding that stable job or jobs and determination to keep working on your current short-term jobs, if this is the first one you find, or the determination to keep accepting short-term contracts to have a continuous flow of jobs. This is a reality in freelancing which a freelancer must learn to embrace.

• Willingness to Learn

Your current skills set and knowledge may help you land that first freelance project but you should not limit yourself to what you currently know. The types of jobs you can apply for or accept depend a lot on your skills and talents. Hone your skills as you get more jobs. This can be via your current employers - there are clients who provide paid training to their contractors, or via your personal pursuits. Many freelancers became experts in Search Engine Optimization and Pay per Click Advertising through their own research and study. Eventually, they offered these services among others. Freelance writers also can improve on their writing skills because writing online is different from writing print materials. At the same time, there are different kinds of write ups online clients are looking for such as press releases and web copy. Investing in yourself is the best investment when it comes to freelancing.

Warning! 3 Dangerous Mistakes That Will Destroy Your Online Business (Do "THIS" Instead)

Are you excited about building your online business and think great things are around the corner? Do you have PASSION and a sense of purpose about what you truly want to do, and think it's going to be easy to parlay that pride into perpetual piles of profit?

The truth is, no matter how many amazing success stories are printed

Mistake #1: Selling Affiliate Products as a Primary Business Model

The truth is, in 2012... this is not only a terrible idea, but probably the hardest path to profit that there is. With so many new rules, regulations and restrictions on promoting products as an affiliate, in addition to the lack of quality programs to promote, the chances of success using the general affiliate model are UNDER 1%... and far worse in the IM and over saturated online marketing niches like diet, dating, divorce and others.

Mistake #2: Building a list "last"

It amazes me how many people will invest hundreds of dollars in ebooks, gadgets, gimmicks and gurus... but don't think they can spend 20 bucks a month on a commercial grade auto-responder. The truth is, list building, and cultivating a community of fans, friends and followers through consistent CONVERSATION (i.e. - an email sequence) is the absolute easiest way to make money online bar none. As a matter of fact, as someone who has written thousands and thousands of articles (over 6k as of today) and has used that content to promote close to a 100 unique products and promotions over the last few years, I can honestly say that the biggest regret I have is NOT using all of that content to build a list, rather than using it to try to make sales instead. (as my conversation percentage is literally 10 times HIGHER when folks sign up first for an email list, versus sending them straight to a sales page instead)

Mistake #3:

Over-thinking it

I know this isn't going to be a popular thing to say... but most online marketers are really professional (or part time) learners, readers and sideline stalkers. How much of YOUR time is dedicated to doing, rather than learning, watching or re-hashing things you already know? The truth is, my first few years of working online, I read, re-read, re-learned and re-tried a seemingly unending avalanche of information, ideas and momentary inspirations.

Those things never made me money... and more often than not, cost me time, energy, income and enthusiasm instead.

I have never read one forum post, or one blog post, or one guru video that has put a single dollar in my bank account.

Instead?

The key is to dive in and do it. Make mistakes. Learn on the job. Don't try to make your content, or your campaigns, so carefully choreographed that you wait forever to get them off of the ground.

The truth is, there is an old adage in the direct response marketing business that every newbie, or struggling beginner or overwhelmed information marketer MUST buy into to truly succeed.

"A C minus advertising campaign in the mail is better than an A+ idea in your head... 100% percent of the time"

Unfortunately, far too many marketers think that they have to learn everything, or discover every secret before they get that first piece of content, or copy or campaign into the hands of the people who WILL buy what you have to sell... as is, today.

The key takeaway?

Don't let perfection be an enemy of achievement in YOUR business... and don't let the 3 mistakes above keep you from the success you deserve, and that's pretty easy to achieve, this year... and forever more. (no gurus required!)

In order to succeed in online business, you must not be passive. You should always be proactive in engaging your online readers so that you can retain traffic and increase the number of visitors in the long run. How can you do this? It is very simple. Two Simple Steps to Identifying A Profitable Niche Market

A Niche is a smaller segment of a larger market. In internet marketing Niche marketing is preferred by many affiliate marketers because it produces higher conversions and is proven to be more profitable.

The biggest problem is therefore how to identify a profitable niche market. This article gives two simple steps which can be followed to answer this question:

1. Identify target audience and problems they want to solve

Who is your target audience and what problems are they desperately looking to solve? Is it:

- That college student desperate to get rid of her acne quickly

- That mother frustrated by not being able to potty train her toddler

- That guy who will do anything to win his ex back

To start, simply think about the "general" market and then dissect it so that you have at least 10 related "sub-niches" to evaluate as such:

Health - General / Broad Market

Segments include:

- How to lose weight

- How to prevent / cure acne

- Gout

- Menopause

- Pregnancy

- And the list goes on

Rinse and repeat this formula with any broad topic and you'll likely find a handful of niche markets that consist of highly motivated prospects who are anxiously looking for a solution or answer to their problem.

2. Existing products or services to solve the problems

What types of products and services are your competitors currently promoting to help the niche solve their problems?

- Physical products such as skin creams and beauty supplies

- Digital "how to" guides such as ebooks and video trainings

- 1 on 1 guidance and personal coaching, webinars, software

- Monthly membership offers, trial offers, subscription plans

You can find this information by searching Google and looking at what types of products are being advertised. Chances are that whatever the top sponsors are promoting, this is what is making money. If not they wouldn't be promoting it. So be sure to make a note of the "types" of products so you can promote the same (or similar) products on your sites.

As an example, let's say that you choose to go after the extremely lucrative "health" market which gets BILLIONS of monthly searches...

From there you make your list, narrowing down to at least 10 sub-niches like we started to do above..

- "How to lose weight" is first on the list and gets well over a million global monthly searches from people who are desperate to shed some extra skin, look better and feel better as a result.

- A simple marketplace search at ClickBank and Amazon reveal "plenty" of potential products to promote..

- A search at Google reveals LOADS of competition investing money to advertise - which means the prospects are spending money to buy their much needed solution.

There you go, you now know how to identify a profitable niche market. Following the above 2 steps will assist in assessing the potential profitablity of the niche.

Quick and Easy Content Curation: The Lazy Way To Create Killer Content That Converts Like Crazy

Let's talk a bit about content curation. There are lots of myths about content curation, and some people will try to tell you it's NOT an ethical approach to building a blog, a brand or a business... and I'm going to explain why I disagree below.

What is it... and why is it so profitable?

The truth is, content curation IS the easiest way to create copious amounts of hyper relevant, engaging, educational and inspirational content without really needing to do write a lot of original content yourself. For example, if you look at some of the most popular authors, speakers and public figures on Twitter, you'll notice that the vast majority of what they do is actually a very SIMPLE form of content curation - "re-tweeting" inspirational thoughts of others, or even more commonly... simply posting short, inspiring historical quotes that have been around for decades.

I know people who get more "traction" out of those kinds of curated messages, and have build their entire public persona (along with tens of thousands of fans and followers) basically using that sort of simple system.

That's NOT of course, what I'm recommending here.

Instead, a better form of content curation for bloggers, brand builders and online marketers who DON'T love to write, is to simply set up a whole series of RSS updates, or keyword alerts in your niche, and on a daily basis, clip, snip, cull and collect little pieces of those stories and link your readers to the original source.

If you are a weight loss coach, for example... and clip 100 words from a CNN story on a new fad diet, all you need to do is add about 100 words of your own - an opinion, a unique perspective, a question, some parenthetical thoughts and the like... and then lead your readers to the original article.

What happens next?

Depending on the source, often the source will give you a track back (an incoming link to your blog) and quite often, the search engines, once they find and index your post, will rank you very highly for the same keywords, and the same story you just curated.

More importantly, what you'll start to find is, if you do this everyday, a significant part of your readership starts to recycle - i.e. - they keep coming BACK to your blog, as they look at you as a launch pad, or an authority... for everything going on in your niche.

The best part?

I can literally add a brand new blog post, using the above approach, in under 5 minutes. It's more a stream of consciousness kind of content creation process, and it's very informative, very easy to absorb and often resonates very well with my readership, too. If you do 5 of these a day - you can quite literally have 150 blog posts up in 30 days, and work UNDER an hour a day making it happen.

Trust me when I tell you, I've written thousands and thousands of articles (over 6 thousand personally) that have generated many millions of readers, in more pen names and product launch promotions than I can count. In 2012, short, clipped, snipped and CURATED content is my absolute favorite way for building my own blogs and brand, and without working any harder, or longer than I have to as well.

Internet Business Topic - Are All The Article Sites Copying Each Other

Over the years, I've posted articles at my favorite online article website, and although I often get invited to the others, I stick with what I know, and believe loyalty is important. It's also a trust factor, as over the last five-years I've seen article directory sites come and go, some start out with so much promise, and hype, you think wow, this could be big, only to fall into obscurity some 6-months later. Okay so, I'd like to discuss the issue with imitation, innovation, and outright copying when it comes to article categories in such venues.

You see, I've been amazed that nearly every directory site has similar categories. Did someone simply write down a list of categories once, and then everyone used the same list? Where is the mental brilliance in that, other than the first individual that made the list? See that point. Also, I've noted that most categories on such sites are typical, and often fitting for the Facebook crowd, but really do a disservice for the more intellectually endowed individual who'd like to learn about cool stuff. Things like engineering, math, science, and future tech for instance.

Some say that the Internet is dummying us down, but whose fault is that? Are there just so many shallow people out there that all they want is the same-old typical, or if given a choice might more migrate to more mental stimulation. Well, I'd like to think the latter and even if the jury is out, shouldn't the article directory sites, the good ones, lead the way?

Okay so, my suggestion is that the top online websites of this nature, should add more intellectually legitimate categories to attract higher end writers, not just stupid stuff for the Facebook crowd, as well as readers who want to be challenged, and enjoy the internet as their personal tool for a lifetime of learning. I would suggest the following new categories to be considered;

History
Artificial Intelligence
NanoTechnology
Robotics
Six Sigma
Neuro Science
Physics
Private-Space Flight
Transportation Industry
Manufacturing Industry
Virtual Reality
Water-Oceanography

Why not? It makes sense to take this venue to a higher level. Currently, as a prolific online article writer who likes to think, I have noted at times, that I often force my articles into the wrong categories, because the choices or the computerized system doesn't serve the needs of the Internet viewers of a higher-order of IQ. Is this a complaint you ask? Oh heavens no, what I would like to see is a way to get the mindless masses online to start thinking again. So, please consider all this and think on it.

Five Popular Document Sharing Sites

Internet marketers have always strived hard to increase the popularity of their site and create back-links for it to increase traffic. Unlike article and blog submission for gaining top search ranking, there is another new way of link building. It is this method which most of the internet marketers and SEO engineers prefer these days for increasing their site rank. Today we can say article and blog submission have become a traditional method with the arrival of document sharing.

However, this method is just an alternative to the article and blog submission method and is used for gaining good search engine results. Talking about this method there are many documents sharing sites available on the internet that helps internet marketers submit their document i.e. article, blog or any other web content in a PDF, Excel, Word or any other format for the audience to view it easily. Submitting documents there is totally free of cost and most of these submitted documents do not undergo a rigid review by the site owners.

With document sharing websites slowly gaining pace here is a list of five that will help SEO and other internet marketers create good back links.

DocStoc

This website is a document sharing platform and social networking forum for professionals. Currently the site hosts above 12, 000 business, legal and professional documents that can be searched and downloaded by the audience easily. It supports all types of files like Word, PDF, XL, Ppt and text.

Scribd

This site too is very similar to DocStoc. It proves to be one of the largest document sharing sites with more than 17 million people viewing their documents every month. It offers a lot of categories for sharing files. Different types of documents could be shared in this website. Once again uploading and sharing documents is totally free.

Google Docs

Google docs which is a popular document sharing site lets users share and collaborate documents. Google docs offer many templates created by Google which can be downloaded. Once again it has different categories for sharing files. It supports office file types and PDF. Sharing documents in this site is highly useful and once again free of cost.

Microlifeline.net

This is a free SMS portal that allows users to save important documents, pictures, songs and many more on MLL Doc and then share it with others via SMS. Different types of files can be shared like PDF, Docx, Ppt, jpg etc. document and other file sharing is free with MLL Doc.

Microsoft Office Online

This contains a lot of reusable templates that can be downloaded. It also helps people to submit self-created templates to share with others. The templates can be searched according to different categories. Audience can easily find a lot of documents on any random subject. This site too unlike any other document sharing site supports all office files and is free of cost.

These were the five different ways of documents sharing that would be helpful for internet marketers and SEO engineers.

Three Steps to Making Money From Online Translations

Are you searching for a source of extra-money? If you are looking for another job or you have some spare time (you will surely make some, if you really want), a viable alternative would be doing online translations. You read everywhere that online business can get you fabulous sums of money. $100,000--$200,000 a year is what companies propose. I couldn't guarantee such a success, but from my own experience I can say that I've reached $1,500 a month through translations.

How does it work?

It's simple. to start with, you need a computer with Internet connection and... a durable keyboard which will get you through typing hundreds of pages. Before starting, you need to do some research among the existing offers on the virtual market. You will be glad to find out that the requirements are not as strict as in the real life, so a little bit of courage and perseverance can be valuable resources. It is required to have a good level of English, in order to succeed in this try. Keep in mind that you don't have to be a professional translator to be part of this business.

You need to register for a website offering access to a so-called marketplace where you can find thousands of translating jobs. Don't get discouraged by the initial fee you will have to pay! This is, in most of the cases, going to the direct employees of the company. However, this is an important aspect you should consider, before making any payments. Everybody knows that Internet is also a means for ghost companies to scam people into paying considerable amounts of money, for nothing.

Once you found a trustworthy company and you have registered, you will receive a useful guide which contains helpful tips&tricks. You will learn how to use online instruments, such as dictionaries, spelling checkers, so that the quality of your outcome will reward your pocket. Speaking of financial benefits, in the last 3 months I received on average, $700 a month, money which I used to renovate my house. I could not do this using only my salary, so online translations had an important contribution. It is a very flexible way to do business, mainly in what concerns the aspect of time. You are your own boss, make your own schedule and set your own goals. Make sure they are realistic and the translations are going according to your plan., otherwise you may be disappointed. There are no gains without hard work, and the $35 per e-mail or even $100 for text document will compensate for your efforts.

How to Make Money From Online Translations

Choosing a career might be hard to do, especially in our times when there are no safe choices. But what do you do, when you have already made your choice, but it did not prove to be rewarding? There are special courses for people who aim for job re-orientation or there is always another alternative. One can take advantage of things he would normally consider common knowledge, such as a foreign language.

So, how do you get to earn between $200 and $1000 monthly by using these skills? Online translations may come as a solution to your problems, if you are willing to invest some time in this business.

Luckily, there are millions of companies searching for online services of non-professionals in exchange for money. As mentioned before, having basic knowledge in a foreign language can become a source of income. Basically, in order to gain some extra money, you can opt for a company which provides you access to an entire marketplace. This simulates very well the actual situation from real life. Companies search for people who possess the necessary skills, while the potential employees make their own choices according to their time and desired salary. The industry is currently developing into multiple directions. Consequently, it is a competitive environment, considering the number of candidates for these online translation jobs.

This business is more and more attractive, given the low demands for the translators. An Internet connection, a dictionary and the registration for a site offering this kind of services are necessary to get started, or this is what most of the companies claim. Actually, it is not that simple, considering the fact that a good level of English is required in order to reach the appealing sums of money presented on the websites. It also implies quantitative and qualitative translations which are quite time-consuming, especially if you already have a job. However, it offers many advantages to the followers, which are undeniable.

First of all, online translating jobs give you the opportunity to make your own schedule, which eliminates the constraints from a normal 8-to-5 job. Being your own boss may result in excellent outcomes, or by contrary, a continuous postponing of efforts. It depends on the time and energy you decide to invest in this activity. In addition to this, you don't have to pay exorbitant sums of money for special courses or trainings. There are not requested any diplomas attesting your knowledge, because the best test will be the quality of your results. There are no limits imposed on nationality or age. Also, the options of payment are varied, from PayPal to bank deposits and checks in your preferred currency. Regarding the investment, you are often required to pay an initial fee which will give you access to the company database and sometimes a step-by-step guide into the business.

Two Simple Ways in Developing a Keyword Plan

Keywords are the groundwork upon which effective pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) projects are built. For PPC, keywords are critical because presses on searches are basically what promoters are paying for. Likewise, for effective SEO, it's crucial that web content is specifically published and structured around the actual searches that your customers are performing.

One of the biggest difficulties experienced by PPC advertising and SEO today in seeking to build and increase PPC and SEO strategies is the existence of millions of possibly relevant search term opportunities upon which to represent. Thus, it is very important to learn how to develop a keyword plan in 2 simple ways:

1) Categorize your keywords - group your keywords according to what they actually mean and how search finders look for a particular key term. Keep in thoughts while you do analysis that these "search volumes" that you recover (whether it's from Search applications or some other source) are just reports. These are useful for identifying styles and comparative amount, but should never be used to calculate predicted guests. And to categorize successfully, look for styles or pattern in how individuals do their search queries. Are they looking for a particular form of something, or do they seem worried with design, shade, or features? Is there a regional element to their searches?

In addition, always remember that you might modify categories twice as you get more acquainted with the styles. It's always better to begin with too many categories and negotiate them later than to go returning and re-categorize one that was too wide.

2) Create a Keyword Map - see how your keywords match with webpages on your website. Are there ideal or near-perfect matches? Go forward and go with those up and boost those webpages for the corresponding key phrases.

Are there look for term groups that do not match anything you have on your site? Create a quick magazine schedule of articles for making. Focus on the articles however you want; you might choose to do the highest profit edge places first, or the places where you currently have the lowest traffic or you might even have a periodic product/service that it is practical to write about first. This magazine schedule will help you keep relevant, exciting, look for term rich articles eventually.

Now you have an excellent list of keywords that are classified by customer purpose and planned to the right articles. You also even have a magazine schedule of articles that needs to be created, which keeps your website fresh and exciting eventually (a key component to excellent ranking). You are not finished yet as you will need to renew this analysis regularly, because people change the way they look for things eventually. You will also want to refer back to this analysis every time you create a new page or add a new products or services. But it will be easier then, since you will not have to start from the beginning.

How to Use Free Articles To Create a Hyper Profitable Online Business (Starting NOW)

Article marketing remains one of the absolute best, easiest and most cost effective ways to build a hyper profitable online business...and TODAY, there is less competition than ever.

Why?

Because somewhere, somehow... people became convinced that in 2012, it no longer works.

Because of updates in search engine algorithms, or the way that content is categorized in the search results, or maybe it's because so many gurus are now recommending OTHER approaches (most that won't work nearly as well, by the way) I'm getting MORE bang from my content marketing campaigns, than ever before.

The good news?

You can literally build a complete, end to end, profitable online marketing empire on the broad shoulders and firm foundation of FREE content... and you can start today, literally for under $25.

Remember when you used to see those offers that promised you could start a business with no money down... and it sounded too good to be true?

Usually, they were! But with article marketing and content creation as a whole, it's really an accurate description of the investment needed to get started from scratch.

The ONLY real investment you'll need to make in your business?

A commercial grade auto responder. (Which can be "had" for free as well... or at least until you have accumulated enough names to be charged, which is a good problem to have!)

The key is, when building a successful content marketing campaign to BEGIN with the end in mind.

You have to know what your ultimate outcome is supposed to be, and what you want your subscribers to ultimately do, otherwise you'll just spin your wheels.

The way you do that is SUPER simple.

You START with your offer. A product, service, or value add proposition that a small percentage of your subscribers will buy.

And then you write a small follow up email sequence that gets programmed into your auto-responder and goes out every day after they sign up, whether YOU are at the beach, on vacation with your family or hard at work on your business.

So your CONTENT (articles like this one) build a community of fans, followers and subscribers who sign up for your sequence.

And your sequence builds value, offers tips, tricks and techniques that empower, enlighten and inspires your audience to excel.

And every day... while adding value as above, your automated email sequence also "sells" YOU and your expertise, your products, your books... your suite of services or anything else you'd like to offer those who come into your online universe.

It really IS that easy. No catches, no gimmicks and no goofiness at all. I challenge you to try and apply the above in your business... and I encourage you to start today!

Winning Logo Design Tips

A logo represents a company's ideas, nature, values and its vision for the future. The purpose of a logo is to create an ever-lasting impression in people's mind about a company and its values. People should be able to relate a company's quality and values through its logo. A unique and timeless logo design plays a pivotal role in building a company's brand image.

Contrary to the usual perspective of most designers, a logo need not be a masterpiece in the world of design. A logo need not be a proof of a designer's designing prowess and need not flaunt the latest trends in the world of logo design. People judge a company by its logo and the logo is judged based on the elements that form its design. Here are a few tips on designing a logo which can be useful in creating a unique and memorable design:

Unique Design

A logo should always stand out among competition. It must be unique in such a way that people relate the logo only to a single company and are not confused as to which company the logo belongs to.

According to the latest logo design news, experts suggest not to follow logo fads and trends. A well designed logo is timeless and holds value even after several years since its inception.

It is important to note how a simple three-pointed star has been the sole logo of Mercedes-Benz even after around 80 years since the company came out with the logo. The logo has seen many a wars and economic downturns, yet surviving in people's minds and is one of the most recognized logo worldwide.

Experts also warn against copying or getting inspired by another company's logo design. Such an approach not only results in being sued over trademark violations, but also gives a message to the world that your company doesn't have its own identity.

Adaptable Design

In a world where publicity materials can vary from being as small as a brochure to largely circulated magazines to business cards to websites, a logo should be designed in such a way that it looks equally good and equally compact on all these forms of display items. The logo should consist of readable text, not too small, not too big.

One can see how the logos of companies like AT&T, HP, IBM etc have logos that are not only compact but are adaptable across all kinds of media.

Keep your Logo Simple

Simplicity always goes hand in hand with beauty. Simple fonts like Times New Romans, Helvetica and Arial make the logo easily readable. Also, most of the companies listed on Fortune 500, use less than three colors and have minimal variations in the fonts used. It is widely accepted by experts in logo design that too many colors and fonts can spoil an image and make it less retainable.

One good example of a simple logo design is that of Apple Inc. The logo, which is nothing but an apple with a bite taken off on one side, is again one of the most recognized logos in the world today. Also, the colorful apple logo design was dropped by the company as it entered the modern era of technology and kept itself in sync with the world while keeping its fundamental concept of an apple intact.

A company should always try to express its business, its culture, its values and more importantly its vision through a simple, unique and adaptable logo design.

4 Steps to Online Success (Start a PROFITABLE Online Business Without Gurus or Gimmicks)

Step 1: Pick a niche (or pick a profitable PASSION).

This is such an important step to building an online business, and one that most folks labor over far too long.

The secret is actually very, very simple. Find something you love, and put it out into the world. I can't tell you how many hours I've wasted on affiliate products, or content campaigns that have been "profit" focused rather than PASSION oriented. Invariably, if you have no underlying love for what it is that we do everyday, the long term success statistics are grim at best.

Find what it is that you'd do for free... and build around that. (Invariably, your PASSION will converge with piles of profit, I promise!)

Step 2: Establish Your Authority and Demonstrate Your Expertise

Writing articles for example like THIS one is a good start. So too is building a blog, or creating a community site in your niche, or any other way YOU feel comfortable to demonstrate your experience, authority and expertise for an audience who WILL follow you if you lead the way.

The truth is, if you have PASSION, and have a unique perspective, you will be persuasive in your "pitch" and you can literally create clients, customers, fans and followers on this basis alone.

Step 3: Automate

If you want to be free, financially and otherwise... you've GOT to automate your online business. Working every day around the clock is never going to make you feel alive and empowered about your niche, no matter how much you love what you do.

Good examples of automation?

Content creation is one... so too are email auto-responders.

How?

Article syndication and content marketing are a great automation tool, because content you create TODAY can often lead to torrents (or trickles) of traffic for years to come. (NOTE: I've written thousands of articles in tens of niches... and still get hundreds, if not thousands of daily readers from content I created for syndication in 2009 or 2010, meaning I can take a week off NOW whenever I want... or focus on optimizing other areas of my business, without worrying that my readership dries up when I take a break).

The same is true of email follow ups, the most common automation tool there is. If you write your email sequence TODAY, you can literally plug it in and it will go out for weeks, months or years, converting subscribers into sales, while you are free to focus on other areas, or do other things that you want with your business... and your life!

Step 4: Create a Curriculum

Every successful online business needs a curriculum. A coaching program. A product. Or a suite of services that you offer that allows you to monetize your marketplace. Don't focus on affiliate offers or contextual ads. You can literally create a KILLER product in about a week, and it can be done for dirt cheap to boot. (You can literally record an entire course in a weekend, and sell it for BIG bucks if you know what kind of content your community craves.)
